Coupez les tiges et d\u00e9posez le bouquet dans un grand verre d&rsquo;eau. Couvrez d\u2019un sac en plastique sans serrer et gardez le bouquet sur le comptoir, en changeant l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 chaque jour.<\/li>\n<li>Le basilic peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, mais le froid a tendance \u00e0 faire brunir les feuilles rapidement. Enveloppez le basilic dans un linge ou un essuie-tout puis placez-le dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tag\u00e8re du haut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cong\u00e9lation<\/h3>\n<div class=\"ExternalClass0CC897F560CB43C8BB3C190058DB04FF\">\n<ol>\n<li>\u200bHachez le basilic et couvrez-le d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ou m\u00e9langez avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans un robot culinaire ou un m\u00e9langeur.
