N\u2019enlevez que la tige et mangez le reste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>R\u00e9chappez<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div class=\"ExternalClass38F698D7E78A4FE9B83630A6AAB9991C\">\n<p><strong>Cosses trop dures pour \u00eatre mang\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les cosses peuvent durcir lorsque les haricots sont trop m\u00fbrs et que la cosse s\u2019ouvre. Les pois peuvent encore \u00eatre d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9s puis consomm\u00e9s ou r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9s dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique et utilis\u00e9s dans les deux jours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haricots fatigu\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire bri\u00e8vement les haricots fatigu\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer leur saveur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauvez les haricots<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quelques haricots g\u00e2t\u00e9s ne g\u00e2chent pas le paquet entier.
