Il suffit de le r\u00e2per et d\u2019en faire une salade, de l\u2019ajouter \u00e0 un saut\u00e9 ou simplement de le trancher et de le cuire comme les fleurons. Il peut toutefois \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de le peler selon son utilisation.<\/p>\n<h3>Revitalisation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour raviver un bouquet de brocoli l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mou, appliquer de la glace directement dessus ou le plonger dans un bain d\u2019eau glac\u00e9e. \u00c9goutter et conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Ou encore, couper le bout du pied et mettre le brocoli dans un verre d\u2019eau au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur (comme un bouquet de fleurs)!<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e9g\u00e8rement jauni, le brocoli devient plus amer, mais reste comestible.
