tbsp smooth peanut butter 15 mL
1/4 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

celery stalk (4-in./10-cm), thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp dried blueberries 7 mL
pinch toasted sesame seeds
Method
Assemble tortilla with peanut butter, apple, celery and blueberries, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border from the edge. Roll up, cut and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
