Method
- Add the eggs, milk, flour, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, sugar and salt to a large mixing bowl and whisk for 1 minute using an electric mixer or hand whisk.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large non-stick frying pan, and then drop in 2tbsp of the pancake batter.
- Cook for a minute, flip, cook the other side and serve!
