1. Top Your Toast

There’s a reason why avocado toast has taken social media by storm, it’s easy and delicious! Simply spread some ripe, mashed avocado on toast, season with salt and pepper and enjoy. Get as fancy as you like by topping it with olive oil, herbs, fried eggs, tuna, sprouts, seeds, or anything else in your fridge you need to use up.

To reduce browning, keep the rind on, the pit in and rub any exposed areas with lemon or lime juice. Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
