Peanut butter apple roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 small wheat flour tortilla
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter 15 mL
  • 1/4 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 celery stalk (4-in./10-cm), thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried blueberries 7 mL
  • pinch toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Assemble tortilla with peanut butter, apple, celery and blueberries, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border from the edge. Roll up, cut and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
