2. Transform Into An Asian Noodle Dish

Keep leftovers interesting by turning your Italian dinner into an Asian inspired meal the next day. Save some cooked noodles before adding your pasta sauce and you can give it an Asian inspiration for a fresh take on your noodle leftovers.

Leftover spaghetti can quickly transform into fried noodles or a cold noodle salad by tossing it in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil mixed with whatever veggies you have on hand.

3. Make A Pasta Salad

A cold pasta salad makes for a great lunch. Here’s one recipe that works well with leftover noodles of any size.
