Best Storage
The cupboard is the best place to store uncooked dry pasta.
Store dry pasta in its original packaging, sealed with a clip, or in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Fresh pasta should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container or sealed bag. Always follow the guidance on the packaging.
Can I Freeze It?
Yes.
Cooked too much pasta? Rinse it in cold water and freeze in meal-sized portions. These can be reheated in a microwave or in boiling water when needed.
Use It Up
Use leftover pasta to make a chicken noodle soup, toss spaghetti into an Asian noodle stir-fry, or make up a cold pasta salad.
