Leftover vegetable quiche cups
Freeze baked and cooled quiches in re-sealable plastic bag for up to 3 weeks. Reheat from frozen in 375°F (190ºC) oven.

To serve, evenly divide green onion, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream and 1/4 cup(60 mL) salsa from fajita kit overtop.
