Your Produce Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to do the same with overripe fruit.
• Handful of greens (spinach, kale etc.)
• Handful of not-so-ripe fruit (peaches, berries, etc.)
• 1 cup yogurt, milk or milk alternative
• 1 avocado or banana for creaminess
Blend until liquified, pour into a glass and enjoy.
