Cajun-spiced kale chips

  • 12 cups kale leaves (about 2 medium bunches)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp cajun spice


  1. Preheat oven to 275°F
  2. Thoroughly wash kale; dry well using a salad spinner or paper towels.
  3. Place in a large bowl; toss with oil and Cajun spice to taste.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on 2 large parchment paper–lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake 25 min. or until crisp but still rich green in colour, turning the leaves halfway through.
  6. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
