Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Lay flaky pastry sheet on a baking sheet. Slightly turn up the edges of the pastry and brush melted butter on edges.
- In a bowl, mix your fruit with the jam. If the jam is thick, melt it for a minute in the microwave.
- Layer the fruit in the centre of the pastry sheet, leaving 2-3 cm from the edge.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
