The fridge is the best place to store brussels sprouts.

Ensure your fridge is set between 0 and 4° C.

Can I Freeze It?

Yes.

Before freezing, blanch brussels sprouts in boiling water for four minutes to help retain their vibrant colour and rich nutrients. Cool them under cold running water and drain. When they are completely dry, they are ready to be frozen.
